Location: Jaipur - Head Office / Tilak Nagar
Office Timing: +:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Responsibilities:

· Monitoring orders from order placement through to order dispatch

· Monitoring stock levels, coordinating inventory updates and performing stock reconciliation

· Providing customer service to ensure the customer journey is seamless including assisting with order queries and customer interaction

· Acting as an eCommerce point of contact for all inquiries related to suppliers and shipping partners

· Monitoring and ordering logistic supplies including packaging

· Working with external suppliers to fix issues with orders

· Monthly finance reconciliation, collating invoices and tracking supplier spend

· Assisting with social media operations and content creation

Personal Specifications:

· Previous experience in eCommerce Operations, preferably within a digital fashion retailer

· Familiar with order flows and the dispatch process within an eCommerce business

· Meticulous attention to detail

· An excellent problem-solver and proactive thinker

· Excellent in number and time management skills

· Experience in social media is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
