Truffles Girls Wear is a leading brand in children's fashion, specializing in high-quality, trendy, and comfortable clothing for girls aged 1 to 16 years.
We are passionate about making fashion fun and accessible for young girls. We are rapidly expanding our presence across India's largest online marketplaces and are looking for a dedicated E-commerce Specialist to manage our growth and optimize our digital retail channels.
The Role: Driving Online Success
You will be the core engine behind our online sales growth, responsible for the end-to-end management of our product listings, promotional campaigns, and operational efficiency across all key e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
E-commerce Platform & Listing Management
Listing Expertise: Create, manage, and optimize thousands of product listings across primary marketplaces including Myntra, Flipkart, Amazon, and Firstory.
Data Management: Utilize Advanced Excel and data analysis skills for accurate inventory tracking, bulk updates, seasonal catalog uploads, and performance reporting.
Content Optimization: Ensure all children's clothing listings feature compelling descriptions, correct sizing guides (crucial for apparel), and high-quality visuals to maximize conversion.
Marketing & Sales Promotion
Digital Marketing: Plan and execute effective E-commerce Marketing strategies, coordinating with marketplace teams to secure premium placements and participate in key festive and seasonal sales events.
Advertising Campaigns: Strategically manage and optimize Advertising Campaigns (PPC/Sponsored Listings) on marketplaces to increase product visibility and boost sales volumes for specific age groups (2-8 years and 9-16 years).
Website Promotion: Drive traffic and conversions to the Truffles Girls Wear direct website through targeted Website Promotion and Social Media Marketing efforts.
Operations & Administration
Logistics & Inventory: Coordinate with partners for efficient Logistics Management and use strong Problem Solving Skills to quickly resolve inventory issues and shipping roadblocks.
Website Management: Ensure optimal performance and seamless shopping experience on the Truffles Girls Wear website.
Communication: Handle professional Email and platform-based communication with vendors and marketplace support teams.
