Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce Strategy:
• Develop and implement an e-commerce strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
• Identify market trends and competitor strategies to stay ahead in the e-commerce space.
Website Management:
• Oversee the design, functionality, and performance of the e-commerce website.
• Ensure a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience.
• Monitor website analytics and continuously optimize for improved conversion rates.
Product Management:
• Manage product listings, including product descriptions, pricing, and images.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure product availability, quality, and accurate stock levels.
• Expand product offerings based on market demands.
Digital Marketing:
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, and affiliate marketing.
• Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to drive traffic and increase sales.
Customer Experience:
• Enhance the overall customer experience, from website navigation to post-purchase support.
• Monitor customer reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Sales and Revenue:
• Set sales targets and regularly report on e-commerce revenue and KPIs.
• Implement pricing and promotion strategies to drive sales growth.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Analytics and Reporting:
• Utilize web analytics tools to track and analyze website traffic and sales performance.
• Generate reports and make data-driven decisions to optimize the e-commerce platform.
Team Management:
• Lead and manage a team of e-commerce specialists, including web developers, digital marketers, and customer service representatives.

Compliance and Security:

• Qualifications:
