ECommerce & Website Specialist

Responsibilities:
The eCommerce and Web Specialist will be responsible for updating the Pyrrha Shopify websites and POS, overseeing functionality, evaluating and managing the websites performance and maintaining content. You’ll work on improving the brand’s SEO, UX/UI, and conversion funnel, working closely with the Senior Creative Manager on day-to-day projects.
Website Development and Management
Pyrrha’s D2C and B2B websites maintenance, update, and optimization
Execution of A/B testing, refining UX/UI, site optimization, and channel expansion—collecting requirements, creating use cases, QA progress and deliverables
Assist in execution of large changes to website or website related projects
Third-party apps and software integration and management
Troubleshooting and bug fixing
Online Store Operations
Website content and product creation and update—content edits, product catalogue updates, product activations, inventory updates, etc.
Leverage website analytics to understand performance and customer interaction to help identify opportunities and conversion optimization
Data analytics through various sources (Shopify Analytics, GA4, and Meta Pixels) and performance report writing
Process evaluation—identify and implement improvements with a keen focus on business analytics, consumer trends and shopping behavior
Digital Marketing
Database update, customer segmentation, and automation flows update in Klayvio
SEO and SEM implementation and optimization
Google Business Profile update
Meta ads planning and execution
Instagram and Facebook shop management
Pinterest content management
Skills and Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in webstore platforms; with knowledge of Shopify Plus
Working experience of HTML, CSS, FTP and basic edits of webstore templates—knowledge of HTML CSS Liquid, how Shopify themes work
Strong proficiency with CSV files and Excel functions
Working knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Google Ad Network, Meta ads, Hotjar, and SEMRush
UI/UX experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative suites
Self-starter and ability to work independently
Highly organized
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
