• New Age Companies is a dedicated division with-in Wholesale Bank framework clearly focusing on the niche segment of companies including E commerce, Fintechs and other non-traditional companies creating disruption in economy and society through its innovative approach.
• An opportunity to handle new age companies dealing in Edtech, Fintech, food tech, Logistics, Regtech, Suptech and various captive and non-captive new age NFBFCs spread across the universe of more than 800 companies in India and counting.

What are the areas (in quantitative terms) the job has an impact on?
Regional Manager is responsible for the profitability and development of overall business at region level.
Regional Manager will conceptualize new avenues of client acquisition, revenue generation and product placement to increase client value proposition.
Lead the team comprising of Relationship Managers for the region.
Deliverables
• P&L Growth for the business
• Ensuring NIL delinquency in lending business for the region.
• Maintain strong Founder relationships and deeper penetration across banking products including cross sell etc.
• Relationship & Account management, origination & execution for corporate banking related products – Assets, DCM, structured transactions, FX & GTS etc.
• Able to network internally (Credit, Legal & operations) & also externally with customers & structuring solutions
• Achievement of regional budgets
• Grooming of RMs to prepare them for future growth Relationships
External clients – Founders / CXOs/CFOs
Internal clients- Product, RMs, Leadership Team, Credit,
Qualification and Experience
• Graduate/CA / MBA in finance/Marketing
• Minimum 10-12 Years of relevant banking experience
• Team leading experience of 2-3 years Skills
Anticipating market trends pertinent to the target customer group and is agile to changing trends.
Good understanding of credit risk and networking.
Maintains a culture of integrity at the workplace by making decisions that abide by the highest moral ethics
Up to date with legal and banking regulations and policies, suggests corrective measures for self and team
Creates a culture supporting RMs to make informed business decisions regarding credit risk
