What are you expected to do?
Training & Facilitation
Conduct interactive sessions on Basics of Money Management, Budgeting, Saving & Investing, Banking Systems, Digital Payments, Taxation Basics, Entrepreneurship Fundamentals, and Financial Goal Setting.
Introduce students to concepts like Inflation, Risk, Compounding, Credit, Insurance, and Responsible Spending.
Facilitate real-life simulations such as budgeting exercises, mock investment games, and financial decision-making activities.
Encourage practical thinking, problem-solving, and long-term financial planning habits.
Curriculum Development
Create age-appropriate lesson plans and financial literacy modules.
Develop worksheets, case studies, simulations, and assessment tools.
Design engaging activities that simplify complex financial concepts.
Event Preparation
Ideate, prepare and execute a standalone Gyansthan Financial Awareness event during the academic year.
Assist in organizing workshops, finance fairs, or entrepreneurship showcases.
Prepare students for inter-school competitions related to business, economics, and finance.
Administrative & Collaborative Work
Submit session plans and progress reports.
Maintain attendance and student performance records.
Participate in meetings and curriculum enhancement discussions.

Preferences
Have a background in Commerce, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or Education.
Have prior experience in teaching or training in academic institutions.
Have practical exposure to banking, investing, entrepreneurship, or financial planning.
Know how to make finance feel empowering rather than overwhelming.
