WHAT YOU'LL DO
This role is to support the rapidly growing Expert Career Track (ECT) in the Asia Pacific region. This is an exciting role with significant potential for growth and further development to shape the new track in the coming years.
The AP will work together with AP ECT HR Director to shape the overall people agenda for ECT, implement change initiatives and coordinate ECT related people process.
This role is expected to work independently with Expert consultants, Local EDC team (including MDPs) and multiple stakeholders (i.
e., PA sponsors, Global ECT team, regional people team and PA) to support the ECT people process.
Your main responsibilities include :
AP EDC process
Manage end to end people process for ECT Partner cohorts including onboarding, integration, EDC process and EDC management
Manage bi-annual PAD and PD promotion process
Work with 5 local EDC teams to ensure local EDC processes are smoothly run and key decisions are channeled to regional EDC for endorsement
Manage ECT YE bonus process for all cohorts
ECT onboarding and integration
Manage regional ECT affiliation activities, e.g., regional townhall calls, ECT in FAC
Support local ECT integration and affiliation initiatives
Others
HR System update for new hires or when changes are required
Be the WD champion / superuser for AP ECT cohorts
Support regional or global ECT initiatives

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
This is a demanding position, and we are looking for the right individual to fill it. We expect that the individual will be the right fit for the role and have a great attitude.
A master degree preferred with at least 7 years of work experience in the Finance or HR function, BCG experience preferred.
Individual should be confident working independently in a fast paced professional environment
7+ years of working experience in HR or finance function, BCG experience preferred
Master degree preferred, engineer or business / finance background
Good with numbers, Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
