Establish an internal communications strategy in conjunction with Head, Internal Communication & Digital PR and various stakeholders
2. Ensure organisational initiatives are successfully communicated to employees
3. Provide editorial inputs, generate content, provide support and coordinate logistics etc, and ensure overall editorial quality of all existing internal channels
4. Plan, edit and write content for internal communications channels, such as Global Mailer, Mobile app, OUR WORLD communication suite, Employee Portal, print and/or digital magazine
5. Storyboard or ideate internal campaigns with various creative agencies
6. Ensure internal communications messages are consistent across channels and departments and with external messages
7. Updating Website and Employee Portal - About Us, News room, Awards, What's New, Bank's profile, Picture and Caption, Audio/Video clips, Transcripts, Our world Magazine 8. Global Mailer Policy
Social Media/Digital PR -
1. Creating online releases
2. Creating day-to-day content for the bank?s various social media handles
3. Manage digital PR activities and campaigns on a day-to-day basis
4. Overseeing design of visual content including pictures, graphics, infographics and video
5. Overseeing ORM activity and intervening as required.
6. Carrying out online research and raising red flag on objectionable content
7. Formulating stance, drafting responses to certain critical posts
8. Overseeing creation and delivery of timely impact reports for management
+. Analysing metrics to measure the results and tweak strategy
10. Monitoring trends, new developments and industry benchmarks in the digital PR space including social media tools, apps, channels, design and strategy
