PAY: $23.00-$25.00 Hourly
Schedule: Monday to Friday 6:30am-3pm
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Providing administrative and clerical support
Help build rapport/strong relationships with clients and media outlets including resolving any issues.
Assist in implementing, producing and troubleshooting media projects
Help advertising (web, social media, TV, radio, billboards, print, direct mail) team develop and execute media plans.
Prepare reports, letters and other paperwork.
Create and monitor media schedule paperwork.
Conduct research to collect useful media data ( e.g. Analytics )
Assist in setting up and running web conferences and meetings using a variety of platforms.
Editing video and audio projects
Perform other functions as needed and required pertaining to the advertising department.
Work shift and task are subject to change.
Script Writing
MANAGEMENT/SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has no management / supervisory responsibilities.
Required Skills
Requirements
Proven experience as a Media Assistant or other administrative role.
Video and audio editing ability
Solid experience in Adobe Creative Suite; Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience in digital advertising and social media preferred but not required
Familiarity with media planning
Good research skills
must be a problem solver, self starter
Strong organizational skills, must be able to multi task
Excellent communication and team working skills
Ability to meet tight deadlines under minimal supervision
