:Ongoing Role Responsibilities
• Run through checklists ( as laid out in SOP) and certify EDM data "fit for use"
• Measure & monitor data latency, data availability for data consumptions
• Address queries from data consumers on data availability
• Analyse trends and feed into the continuous improvement project wherever there are opportunities
• Track and close issues raised by data consumers
• Review exceptions relating to data loading, reconciliations and track it closure
• Co-ordinate with PSS and technological teams to arrive at a Strategic or Tactical solutions for the exceptions identified
• Support Change Team in performing UVTs in production environment for releases
• Communicate / escalate data issues pro-actively to the data consumers
• Prepare and publish periodic MI on status of EDM Data
• Perform Financial reconciliation , report issues and track it to closure
• Identify opportunities for optimization and execute
• Work with cross functional teams effectively

Strategy
• Knowledge on Data Warehousing
• Strong knowledge on SQL query.
• Experience in working in a AGILE delivery model.
• Good analytical & communication skills to understand requirements / data ingestion framework and to articulate solutions/feedbacks.
• Able to work independently.
• Problem solving skills and Lateral thinking
• Adaptive to the aggressive timelines in delivery.

• Strong in Agile process and methodology
• Able to work in Squad and allocate the task level activity to team members
• Analysis on the backlog and add into the upcoming sprint as per the Agile model
