About The Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Unity 3D Developer to join our dynamic team! If you have a strong background in 3D development and a passion for creating high-quality, interactive simulations, we'd love to hear from you. Youll play a key role in developing and maintaining immersive 3D experiences for a variety of simulation projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, implement, and maintain interactive 3D applications using Unity3D.
• Write clean, efficient, and optimized code in C# with a strong focus on performance.
• Collaborate closely with designers, artists, and other developers to deliver high-quality results.
• Conduct debugging, profiling, and optimization to ensure smooth performance across platforms.
• Work independently on assigned tasks as well as in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Utilize version control systems for efficient collaboration and project management.
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle from concept to deployment.
Essential Skills & Requirements
• 2-4 years of professional experience in Unity3D development.
• Proficient in C# and experienced with Unity scripting.
• Solid understanding of 3D math, physics systems, real-time software, or game development.
• Hands-on experience with development tools such as Visual Studio and Unity3D Editor.
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
• Familiarity with source control systems (e.g., Git, SVN).
• Knowledge of shader languages and ShaderLab is a plus.
• Experience in 3D asset handling, rigging, or procedural animation logic is an advantage.
• Intermediate-level 3D modeling skills using tools like 3DS Max are a plus.
• Basic knowledge of image editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop is a bonus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field.
