Tertiary qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in the IT industry, preferably in the education sector
Good understanding of IT hardware
Ability to work independently
Knowledge and contacts within the IT industry
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Exceptional client service skills and well-developed negotiation & persuasion skills
