We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Education Counsellor to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who have strong communication skills and a passion for guiding students in their educational journey.
As an Education Counsellor, you will assist students in selecting suitable academic programs and provide professional guidance on education opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Provide counselling and guidance to students regarding education options
Understand students’ academic goals and recommend suitable programs
Respond to student inquiries via phone, email, and in person
Maintain accurate student records and follow-ups
Assist students with application procedures
Build and maintain positive relationships with students
Meet counselling and enrolment targets
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline
0–1 year experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email)
Preferred Skills:
Customer service experience is an advantage
Sales or counselling experience is a plus
