Key Responsibilities:
• Academic and career counseling based on student interests and strengths
• Assistance with course selection, college admissions, and entrance exam prep
• Conducting workshops on soft skills and personal development
• Providing information on scholarships, financial aid, and resources
• Maintaining student records and performing assessments
• Referring students to external support services when needed
Skills Required:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of educational systems and counseling methods
• Empathetic listening and student-centric approach
• Good organizational and assessment capabilities
