Job Title: Education Assistant

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the lead teacher in executing lessons, developing teaching aids, and ensuring a safe and healthy classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing lesson plans

• Develop and implement engaging teaching aids to support student learning

• Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment

• Build rapport with students and staff through respectful communication

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field

• 1-2 years of experience working with children in a educational setting

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to work independently and as part of a team
