The founders, Arnav Kumar and Vaibhav Singh have past experience in shipping successful products and the present team has people from IDP Education, Canam, Edwise, Chopras, and Manya as well as top MNCs such as McKinsey, Deutsche Bank, HSBC, and CitiBank.
Responsibilities:
• Understand user-profiles and suggest suitable course options
• Ability to connect with students/parents and guide them with the university application requirements
• Required to dial up to 100 calls a day on a regular basis.
• 2-3 Video counselling sessions a day with student & working professionals.
Ideal candidate:
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of CRM
• Consistent performer and has met targets in the previous organisation
• Prior experience in study abroad or Edtech industry
