Summary:
Visa consultant/Counsellor is responsible for taking care of end-to-end process of Client’s application to visa processing. Giving a personalized experience to the students and maintaining long term relation. Having a self-generated internal drive to make every student find their ultimate educational satisfaction.
Roles and responsibilities: Education Counsellor:
• Planning, forecasting and analyzing Market demand and student trends.
• Streamlining company’s process and a proper implementation of the same.
• Keeping updated with all research & development of various courses.
• Being pro-active and exhibiting proper product knowledge everywhere required.
• Promoting universities to the clients by conducting seminars, presentations, etc.
• Cross-training in other departments when required.
• Guiding students in the right direction by encouraging them to opting particular universities & courses.
• Presentation, Marketing of promotional materials, advertisements, campaigns, conducting and participating in exhibitions, college presentations and provide reports.
• Inputs on advertisements, budgeting on advertisements, finding out alternatives and reporting the effectiveness of advertisements.
• Should be able to execute, and monitor the successful student recruitment.
• Should be able to achieve clear targets set – daily, weekly & monthly.
• Suggest action plans when things are deviating from the standard or actual goals.
• Provide first line of contact with parents, prospective students and other business associates.
• Counseling students and parents, helping students in processing papers related to Bank Loans.
• Establishing and maintaining good rapport with prospective students.
• Provide weekly progress reports on student counselling, enquiry follow-ups, and application filing and student responses.
• Initiate, organize successfully participate in university / college / academy spot admissions and provide report on each university / college / academy visits.
• Reporting to the management on MIS regarding successful recruitment of students.
• Other work assigned by Management as per business requirement.

• Ability to learn on own initiative and research best study options for students
Minimum Requirements:
• 1-2 years’ of experience in similar field
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree
• Excellent Communication skills (Verbal and Written)
