Job Description
The person we are looking for is to be the "glue" that holds our educational information together. You’ll manage relationships with our partner schools, keep our team updated, and make sure our students get the most accurate, up-to-date advice possible.
Main Responsibilities are:
Be the main point of contact for all our partner schools, colleges, and external stakeholders. You’ll also get out and about to visit campuses and attend fun industry events!
Collect, organize, and manage all the details from schools (courses, intake dates, enrolment policies) and our service providers (OSHC, health insurance, and homestays).
Stay on top of Department of Home Affairs updates and turn complex visa rules into simple, easy-to-read fact sheets for our students.
Create slick systems to share all this awesome knowledge with our team. You’ll make sure everyone clearly understands the differences between onshore and offshore student processes.
Keep our internal staff in the loop with the latest course updates and help train new team members using the resources you build.
Write and design the documentation, procedures, and policies that keep our Education Division on track.
Put together a handy "Life in Australia" database with guidelines to help our students transition smoothly. You’ll also keep an eye on Aussie job market trends so our team can give solid advice to students looking for work!
Whip up monthly reports for the Directors so we can track enrolments, visa success rates, and how many students are coming through our offices offshore and onshore
Counselling students when is necessary.
Skills Required
At least 1 years of work experience in a similar role and within a Student Agency, so the person can bring the skills we need and apply them to our organisation on an immediate basis.
A tertiary qualification desirable or at least 5 years of work experience in lieu of a qualification
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
