Job Description
To provide administrative support and gain broad exposure in Education administration, you will assist with projects including conference and professional learning initiatives, communication projects, event management, policy, and process projects.
Key Accountabilities:
Provide administrative support across various key education projects and initiatives.
Support event logistics, including venue booking, catering, travel arrangements, and accommodation.
Assist with committee administration, such as report production, meeting minutes, correspondence, agendas, and papers.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to organize and package materials for events, training, and briefings.
Conduct project coordination and planning support, including drafting timelines, GANTT charts, and monitoring progress.
Develop and maintain internal communications for Aspect Education, ensuring content is up-to-date on Google Sites, the Intranet, team newsletters, and school annual reports.
