Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome)

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and working professionals on IT courses, certifications, and career paths
Understand student goals and recommend suitable IT programs (Software, Data, Cloud, Cybersecurity, etc.)
Handle inquiries via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments
Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM
Coordinate with trainers and operations teams for smooth onboarding
Participate in webinars, seminars, and promotional activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (Education, IT, or Management preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of IT courses and career opportunities (training provided)
Ability to counsel, persuade, and build trust with students
Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for education and technology
