Product : Schooling & Coaching for std. 8th-12th, JEE | NEET.
•Job description• :
• Need to work on the profile
● Need to achieve team target of 25 to 30 admission per month.
●Training & working session of 5 days ( non paid )
● Job time : 10 to 7
● Reporting time : half days and full day ( 2 times Reporting day )
• My salary will be 15k per month for the starting 3 months
● daily connected calls 80 to 100 individually
● Generate daily 5 walkin per telecallers and 3000calls from them .
• 500/- rupees commission on per successful admission as incentive
• 6 days working (Leave will be between Monday to Friday)
• Prepare script, PPTs, conduct zoom meeting for the online counseling of the parents regarding admission
• Maintain all the data in Excel sheet
• Take regular training sessions and manage team
• Need to call shortlisted parents for counseling
• Fullfill recruitment recruitments
• Schedule seminars
• Post job ads on regular basis

● lead generation, lead Conversion, achieve admission target given by management .
● achieve weekly and monthly Targets individual & team .
