Full job description

Key Responsibilities:

Student Counseling:Guiding students and their parents through the selection of educational programs, answering questions, and addressing concerns about courses and institutions.

Lead Management:Responding to inbound inquiries and conducting outbound calls to nurture leads and follow up on potential enrollments.

Sales Closing:Understanding student needs, presenting suitable programs, and guiding them through the enrollment process to achieve sales targets.

Relationship Building:Building rapport with prospective students to foster a positive experience and encourage enrollment.

CRM Management:Maintaining accurate and updated records of student interactions within a CRM system.

Collaboration:Working with the marketing team to improve lead quality and with other team members to optimize the sales process.

Achieving Targets:Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets related to student enrollment.

Product Knowledge:Demonstrating a strong understanding of the educational programs offered to effectively counsel students.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,276.05 - ₹25,055.47 per month
