Roles & Responsibilities :
Counsel students and working professionals regarding courses & career paths
Handle inbound and outbound calls
Convert leads into admissions through strong follow-ups
Explain program details, fees, curriculum, and outcomes clearly
Maintain and update records on CRM
Provide accurate course guidance based on learner needs
Requirements :
Minimum 0.6 months of experience in:
a. EdTech counselling
b. Academic counselling
c. Inside sales / B2C sales
Strong communication skills (Hindi + English + Marathi)
Ability to manage high call volumes.
Basic knowledge of CRM.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Work Location & Working Days :
Work from office
6 days week (1 day off)
Timings - 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
