We are looking for a passionate and energetic Education Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students about courses, handling enquiries, and converting leads into successful admissions.

Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online enquiries professionally.
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career paths, and admission process.
Follow up with prospective students to ensure maximum conversions.
Maintain daily reports of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
Achieve monthly admission targets.
Coordinate with the academic and marketing team for smooth operations.
Provide proper post-admission support and maintain long-term relationships.

Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Target-oriented mindset.
Good interpersonal skills and positive attitude.

Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers are welcome.
0–3 years of experience in counselling, tele calling, sales, or customer service preferred.
