Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented sales Representative to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to proactively engage with potential customers over the phone to promote our products or services, generate sales leads, and close deals. Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Place outbound calls to prospective customers using a prepared list or leads provided by the company. Engage prospects in a friendly and professional manner to introduce our products or services and create interest.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products or services, including features, benefits, pricing, and competitive advantages. Clearly communicate value propositions to potential customers and address any questions or concerns they may have.
Sales Pitch: Deliver a compelling sales pitch tailored to the needs and interests of each prospect. Highlight key selling points and overcome objections to persuade prospects to make a purchase or schedule a follow-up appointment.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the sales manager. Consistently achieve and exceed productivity metrics, including call volume, talk time, and conversion rates.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to prospects throughout the sales process. Build rapport, address concerns, and demonstrate a commitment to meeting customer needs and exceeding expectations.
