Key Responsibilities:
Counselling and Guidance:

Career Planning:
Offer guidance on career exploration, resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
Organize and conduct career workshops and informational sessions.
Academic Support:
Advise students on course selection, academic performance, and study skills.
Monitor student progress and provide additional support or referrals as needed.
Application and Admission Assistance:
Guide students through the college or university application process, including preparation of application materials and essay writing.
Provide information on scholarships, financial aid, and other educational resources.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with parents, teachers, and academic advisors to support student development and address concerns.
Maintain accurate and confidential records of counselling sessions and student progress.
Program Development:
Develop and implement educational programs and workshops on various topics related to academic and career development.
Stay updated on trends and developments in education and career counselling.
