As an Admission Counselor, you will play a crucial role in assisting prospective students through the admissions process, guiding them to make informed decisions about their educational journey. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in admission counseling, preferably within the education sector, and possess a strong understanding of education technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Admissions Guidance: Provide personalized guidance to prospective students regarding course offerings, admission requirements, and career paths.
Application Management: Assist students in completing applications accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is submitted in a timely manner.
Information Dissemination: Serve as a knowledgeable resource for students, parents, and guardians, providing information on academic programs, scholarships, financial aid, and other related topics.
Relationship Building: Cultivate positive relationships with prospective students and their families, as well as with educational partners and stakeholders.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of student interactions, application statuses, and other relevant data to track progress and improve decision-making processes.
Collaboration: Work closely with admissions team members, faculty, and administrative staff to ensure a seamless and efficient admissions process.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in admission counseling, preferably in an educational institution.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
Bachelor's degree
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
