Major Responsibilities:
Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people.
Receiving Inbound calls and counseling for Courses.
Out-bond calls as per the leads received from different sources.

Responsible for converting telephone inquiries into admissions.
Responsible for achieving business targets through effective counseling as per the timelines
Key Skills Required:
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
Persuasive and goal-oriented
Self-motivated and self-directed
Language Proficiency:
Good communication skills.
