Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Education Counselor who will be responsible for guiding students while actively driving admissions and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a passion for helping students choose the right career path.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel prospective students and parents about courses, career options, and admission procedures
Handle inbound and outbound calls, leads, and inquiries effectively
Convert leads into admissions through proper follow-ups and relationship building
Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective students
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/admission targets
Conduct face-to-face counseling sessions and virtual consultations
Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions in CRM
Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for smooth admission processes
Participate in promotional activities like seminars, webinars, and education fairs
Provide post-admission support to ensure student satisfaction
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
