Full Job Description
The position is for Counselling the leads for enrollment to Online/Offline Training Courses offered by a leading Ed-Tech Company.
Role: The candidate is expected to perform the following tasks:
Counselling leads on a daily basis on which course to join based on their education and experience background. Explain them about the program contents, salient features, training methodology, certificates offered and program duration.
Convert leads generated (from various sources) into subscriptions for the available courses through structured follow-up involving tele-calling, visits and counselling
Maintain updated database and MIS of calls made and status of the leads.
Should resolve any issues faced by the students by interacting with concerned stakeholders.
Must be a quick learner and a go-getter; should be computer savvy; should be adaptable to a flexible and dynamic work culture.
Strong communication, presentation and inter-personal skills are a must.
Should be able to speak fluently in English, Hindi and Marathi.
In addition to fixed salary component, there would be performance based incentives as well.
Please Note: While timings would be flexible and work-from-home option is available, physical presence in the office in Kharadi, Pune, would be required as per business needs.
