We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Counselor to join our training institute's team. The ideal candidate will provide professional counseling services to students, assisting them in overcoming personal, academic, and career-related challenges. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address personal, social, academic, and career issues.
Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment and action plans for students.
Provide crisis intervention and support to students in distress.
Maintain confidential records of student interactions and progress.
Conduct assessments to identify student needs and recommend appropriate interventions.
Collaborate with faculty, staff, and external professionals to provide comprehensive support to students.
Facilitate workshops and group activities on topics such as stress management, communication skills, career planning, and personal development.
Stay updated on the latest developments in counseling, education, and student affairs through continuous professional development.
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of counseling techniques and principles.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Empathy, patience, and a non-judgmental approach to student care.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of Fundamental Of Computer
Experience working in a training or educational institute setting.
Knowledge of career counseling and vocational guidance.
Proficiency in using counseling software and technology.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities.
