Responsibilities and Duties
The Key Result Areas (KRAs) for a person in this position are defined as follows:
Counselling, follow-up & conversion of walk-in inquiries resulting in fresh billing.
Converting telephonic, SMS, Toll Free & Internet inquiries into walk-in inquiries.
Collection of installments due for the month, updating standard records.
Effort to upgrade of existing students.
Handling Online Testing Center administration related responsibility at an authorized testing center.
Providing information in the recommended manner about installments due for the month.
Ensuring that the reports are duly completed & sent
Updating students records regularly.
Adhering to the Documentation & Report Checklist.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
Day shift
Fixed shift
Supplemental pay types:
Commission pay
Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
total work: 2 years (Required)
Education Counselling: 2 years (Required)
