End to End Admission Process
Scholarship assistance
Educational Loan Assistance from SBI, HDFC, IDBI, Axis Bank etc.
Helping in WIP/SIP as well as final placements
Profile- Career Counselor (HR/Marketing/Finance/any stream)
Key Responsibility:-
1. Explain about Admission Procedures and Courses offered to the prospective students and their parents through phone calls, emails and face to face meetings.
2. To make calls and convert prospective students into confirmed Admissions and succeed in achieving the performance goals.
3. Participate in educational events, college fairs, information sessions and maintaining all the records of the students.
4. Helping students choose courses and institutes that will help them get into their chosen colleges after graduation.

1. Effective Communication and quick witness.
2. Should be highly energetic and enthusiastic.
3. Must have keen interest in education and mentoring students.
4. Good interpersonal and presentation skills.

Qualification:-
Any Graduate (BBA, B.COM, B.ED), having a keen interest and deep understanding of the Indian education sector.
Language- Hindi, English, Marathi Gujrati & Bengali
Location- Indore, M.P.
Probation Period: 3 Months (1-Month Training Included)
CTC during probation period: 3LPA to 5LPA (3 Fixed + 2 Variable) depends on Candidate calibre. (Ready for negotiation as per company standard)
Bonus and other benefits:
You can earn up to 5 Lakh in your incentives.
Best performers for complete 1 year admission cycle are taken on a 5 days fully paid international trip or cash benefit totally depends on choice of individual.
You will have Monthly targets to achieve; consistent failure to achieve them will obviously result in job cancellation, that’s not a surprise. Go big or go Home! (to be honest its easy)
