JOB DESCRIPTION
· Follow up of pending admission related calls as per schedule and Maintain record
· Resolving students' issues on phone, if required
Handling queries over telephone
· Setting mutually agreed weekly/ monthly targets of calls to be made and generate new database.
· Resolve fees payment in instalments, if requested by students.
· Coordinate with faculty and take feedback from the students with regard to the content of the course.
· Understanding students problems and resolving their concerns and problems.
· Help students in properly filling the enquiry forms.
· To maintain register of other enquiries.
· Fees collection and bookkeeping
· To maintain contact with passed out students with regard to their placement, progress, career growth
· To give students proper information about the courses, contents and usefulness.
· Help students in selection of course that meets his/her requirement. Persuade the students to join and enroll.
· To maintain course wise record of actual admissions and fees collected
· Introduction to faculty, if desired by the students.
· Arrange demonstration classes for prospective students, if they ask for.
· Fees Consideration, if requested by students.
· Address other issues related to admissions

· Converting leads into admissions.
· Recording and maintaining and calling on given leads
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 4 per week
Salary: From ₹10,000.00 per month
