Education Engagement & Growth Specialist (Remote | Flexible Schedule)

Position Overview
The Reclaim Journey™ is seeking an Education Engagement Specialist to support outreach and engagement efforts related to leadership and personal development education. This role focuses on connecting with professionals who are interested in personal growth, mindset development, and leadership education programs. The specialist introduces individuals to educational resources including structured personal development courses and seminars designed to support self-awareness, decision-making, and long-term personal effectiveness. The role involves professional communication, relationship-building, and thoughtful engagement with individuals exploring structured development programs. This position is fully remote and well-suited for experienced professionals who are comfortable managing their workflow in an autonomous environment while engaging others in meaningful professional conversations.
Key Responsibilities
Initiate professional conversations with individuals interested in personal development and leadership education
Share information about structured educational programs and seminars
Build and maintain professional relationships through consistent communication and follow-up
Provide information about course curriculum, learning outcomes, and program structure
Maintain organized records of engagement and outreach activity
Refine communication approaches to improve engagement effectiveness
Collaborate with a network of professionals involved in leadership education initiatives
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in leadership, healthcare, consulting, education, business services, or a related professional field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to build professional relationships
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Comfortable initiating professional conversations and maintaining follow-up communication
Preferred Qualifications
Prior leadership, management, or supervisory experience
Experience in consulting, training, coaching, professional services, or advisory roles
Experience facilitating discussions related to leadership, mindset, or professional development
