Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Mother Teacher for our Gondia, Nagpur location. This is a full-time, junior-level position requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners.

Qualifications And Skills

• Minimum 1 to 3 years of teaching experience in a primary school setting.

• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), or D.Ed. is mandatory.

• Experience with CBSE curriculum.

• Proficiency in teaching English, Environmental Science (EVS), and Maths.

• Fluent in English communication.

• Possession of Primary Teacher Training (PRT) certification.

• Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.

• Effective classroom management skills.

• Teaching (Mandatory skill).

Roles And Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in English, EVS, and Maths.

• Assess and evaluate student progress and development.

• Maintain a positive learning environment by establishing and reinforcing rules and procedures.

• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student performance and development.

• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.

• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching strategies and curriculums.

• Provide individualized support and attention to students as required.

• Maintain accurate and complete records of students' progress and development.

• Promote and safeguard the welfare of children and ensure compliance with school policies and procedures.
