Description
The Education Manager oversees all aspects of educational programs within the organization. This role involves developing, implementing, and evaluating curriculum, as well as managing teachers and staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality education. The Education Manager also plays a key role in fostering a positive learning environment and maintaining compliance with educational standards and regulations. Responsibilities: • Curriculum Development: • Develop and update curriculum based on educational standards and organizational goals. • Incorporate best practices and innovative teaching methodologies into curriculum design. • Ensure alignment between curriculum and learning objectives. • Program Implementation: • Oversee the implementation of educational programs, including scheduling, resource allocation, and logistics. • Coordinate with teachers and staff to ensure effective delivery of curriculum. • Monitor program effectiveness and make adjustments as necessary. • Teacher Management: • Recruit, train, and supervise teaching staff. • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to teachers. • Support professional development opportunities for teachers. • Student Assessment: • Develop assessment tools and methods to measure student learning outcomes. • Analyze assessment data to inform instructional decisions and improve program effectiveness. • Ensure fair and equitable assessment practices. • Compliance and Quality Assurance: • Ensure compliance with educational standards, regulations, and accreditation requirements. • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to educational programs. • Implement quality assurance measures to uphold the standards of education. • Community Engagement: • Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders. • Collaborate with community organizations, educational institutions, and businesses to enhance learning opportunities. • Represent the organization in educational forums and events. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field (Master's degree preferred). • Previous experience in education management or related field. • Strong understanding of curriculum development, instructional design, and educational best practices. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage resources effectively. • Knowledge of educational standards, regulations, and accreditation processes.
