Job Description
We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Executive- Tele Caller to connect with senior professionals (VPs, Directors, CEOs) and introduce them to the Executive Certification Programs offered by IIM Calcutta (Dubai). This is an outreach and engagement role, not a sales position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to senior professionals and decision-makers.
- Clearly explain the executive certification programs from IIM-C (Dubai).
- Build professional conversations and generate interest in the program.
- Maintain call records and update interaction details in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams for follow-ups and next steps.
Requirements:
- Fluent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Confident in speaking with senior professionals and corporate leaders.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain call records.
- Positive attitude, professional tone, and willingness to learn.
Preferred Profile:
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer interaction, or similar roles.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Work Environment:
- Office-based role at Cochin.
- Structured calling support and training will be provided.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
