Job Description
This is a commission-only role ideal for someone who is highly motivated, social, and skilled at building community connections. You will not be responsible for completing OSAP applications or providing academic services. Your primary responsibility is identifying potential students and referring them to our admissions team.
Responsibilities
Actively source and refer prospective domestic students interested in college programs.
Build networks and relationships with community groups, employment centres, real estate agents, accountants, healthcare clinics, and newcomer organizations.
Promote available programs (Healthcare, Business, IT, Early Childhood Assistant, Trades, etc.) using provided marketing materials.
Provide prospective students with high-level information about program options and encourage them to book an admissions appointment.
Maintain basic records of inquiries and follow-ups.
Represent the organization professionally and ethically at all times.
Experience
Strong communication and networking skills
Community connections or willingness to build them
Motivation to earn through performance-based income
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
Experience in sales, recruitment, marketing, or community outreach (preferred, not required)
Knowledge of GTA newcomer communities, employment agencies, or settlement services (asset)
