Sales Planning: Create and maintain a sales plan, including sales forecasts, budgets, and territory plans.

Sales Process Optimization: Continuously assess and improve the sales process, identifying areas for efficiency and effectiveness.
Sales Reporting: Generate and analyze sales reports, presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.
Sales Training: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge, selling skills, and customer relationship management.
Sales Target Achievement: Monitor and track progress toward sales goals, taking corrective actions as needed to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations and close high-value sales deals, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
Sales Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives
