About the Role
An Education Services Administrator is sought to join our School's Education Services team as a 6-month fixed-term/internal secondment opportunity. The post-holder will provide high-quality student and academic support, answer enquiries regarding degree programmes and timetables, and offer guidance to students.
About You
To be successful, you should be educated to A Level (Grade C or above) or equivalent with GCSE English and Mathematics at Grade C or above. You must demonstrate experience of working within Higher Education or a similar administrative environment, possess good interpersonal skills including the ability to deal with students and staff at all levels, and have a customer-focused, proactive attitude.
About the School
The School of Mathematical Sciences has over 80 academic staff, 15 post-doctoral staff, and a professional services team of 14 staff. We are structured around 5 Centres and have approximately 1000 undergraduate students, 100 postgraduate taught students, and 80 PhD students, along with a number of lively student-led societies.

Working Arrangements
The post is based at the Mile End Campus in London. It is a full-time, 6-month FTC appointment. We anticipate the starting date will be in August 2026. The starting salary will be Grade 3, in the range of £31,421 - £38,165 per annum, inclusive of London Allowance.
