• This is a full-time role responsible for supporting the implementation of educational programs at the block level.
• The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with teachers, headmasters, and community members.
• Key responsibilities include conducting joint visits with teachers in the community, developing better relationships with parents, and ensuring ARC and TAN +0 activities are ongoing.
Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Management
Fostering strong relationships between schools and communities by leading and facilitating the process of building healthy relationships.
Facilitating the process of parents and community engagement in respective schools.
Program Implementation
Ensuring that all program-related activities are implemented at the school level through a blended approach.
Reporting and Documentation
Ensuring accurate documentation and reporting of activities, case studies, and best practices as per the plan.
