About the Position
We are seeking a Casual Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning. As a Casual Educator, you will provide educational care to children in our centres, supporting their learning and development through play-based activities and programs. You will work collaboratively with the centre team to create a safe and inclusive environment that promotes social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
Your Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the development and implementation of educational programs that align with the National Quality Standards
Provide high-quality educational care to children, including engaging in play, supervising, and maintaining a safe environment
Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and inclusivity
Support the centre team in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment
Requirements
To be successful as a Casual Educator, you will need:
An ACECQA-approved early childhood qualification (or working towards one)
Experience in an early childhood setting (desirable)
Ability to work flexibly, including varied shifts, Monday to Friday
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to ongoing professional development
