Possess a Bachelor's degree in any field
At least 5 years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a related field
Demonstrated experience developing and implementing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives
Strong leadership and mentorship skills with the ability to build, manage, and motivate high-performing teams
Experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in an educational or developmental capacity
Proficiency in data analysis and using metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement
Willingness to work on-site in Austin, Texas
Legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Creating Guide Playbooks detailing best practices for facilitation, designing rewarding learning activities, and navigating challenges
