Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Educational Consultant role located in Parramatta, NSW. The Educational Consultant will be responsible for providing educational and migration consulting services to clients. Day-to-day tasks may include conducting consultations, assisting clients with education and migration processes, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to understand student needs and goals.
- Develop individualized educational and visa strategies.
- Assist students with college/university applications, scholarships, and visa processes.
- Stay updated on educational trends, immigration policies, and job markets.
- Organize workshops and informational sessions to educate students about opportunities.
- Other Ad Hoc duties
Requirements:
- Proven experience in educational counseling or a similar role, with a good understanding of the Australian education system and visa regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to helping students succeed in their academic and migration goals.
