Job Description:
• Counsel students regarding abroad education opportunities regarding country, course, universities, program selection, and career planning.
• Advise students on application procedures, visa applications, applying for accommodation, and preparing students for their studies overseas.
• Ensure admission, visa procedures along with accommodation and traveling are done within the deadlines.
• Stay updated about the various study abroad programs offered by colleges/universities and use this knowledge in helping students.
• Help students with all the details ranging from registration to flying to the host country.
• Maintain a proper database of students counseled and applications sent abroad.
• Review client details and judge the suitability of the candidate for the course and university of his/her choice and accordingly give guidance.
• Assisting with activities to promote universities represented by the company.
Job Requirement:
• Qualification required Masters in psychology, MBA.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience will be preferred.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Should possess good customer service skills and willingness to assist students and parents with any queries.
• Should have the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, students, and others from diverse social backgrounds.
• Result-oriented and thorough understanding of negotiating techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Outgoing and positive with a passion to learn and grow.
