About The Position
The Educational Coordinator will shadow and work closely with key managers to define staff skills and requirements to perform at various positions within the company. Using the information gathered from shadowing and engaging in positions with the management team the Educational Coordinator will develop a set of curriculums, training materials, processes to deploy a concise and repeatable training program for the training of our current and incoming staff members.
Also, the Educational Coordinator will work closely with HR in evaluating trainees progress and maintain regular contact with the trainees, hands on trainers, HR, and management to ensure the training program is meeting the needs of the company.
The educational coordinator will take a hands-on approach in assisting with the training of various office tasks and work in conjunction with skilled technicians to ensure field crews are properly trained in the training environment.
This position will require the educational coordinator to produce, maintain, and deploy material using various media including creating explainer videos, tests, hands on tests with checklists, hands on training, and more

Educational Coordinator Key Responsibilities
• Develop and continuously improve a training program for the current and incoming staff
• Prepare and maintain training aids, material, and training center
• Conduct and/or oversee training sessions
• Assist in evaluating applicants and trainees
• Consistently improve the training program and all mediums we utilize to train our staff
• Collaborate with HR and the Management team as required to meet our team building efforts

Experience Required/Preferred
• High School Diploma or Higher
• Experience in instructional role preferred, not required
• Excellent Software and PC Skills (Typing, Email, Microsoft Office)
• Experience with Media/Video Editing preferred
• Experience in curriculum development
• Strong organizational skills and documentation skills
• Outgoing, self-starter, and self-reliance
• Strong communication skills
• Ability and willingness to direct and hold others accountable, instruction skills
• Detail oriented
