Key Responsibilities
Student Counselling: Guide students on courses, certifications, and career paths based on their goals.
Admissions Handling: Manage inquiries, assist in admissions, and maintain records & follow-ups.
Lead Conversion: Convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly targets.
Relationship Management: Maintain strong student/parent relationships and ensure a smooth experience.
Coordination: Work with faculty/admin, support onboarding, and assist in events/workshops.
Required Skills
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Convincing and negotiation ability
Basic knowledge of education/career paths (stock market knowledge is a plus)
Target-oriented mindset
Problem-solving & counselling skills
Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
