Full job description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and persuasive Educational Counsellor to guide students and parents through academic choices, course selections, and career planning. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for helping students find the right educational path.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents on courses, colleges, and career options

Conduct calls, follow-ups, and in-person counselling sessions

Convert inquiries into admissions

Maintain lead records and prepare basic reports

Assist in organizing educational events and webinars

Key Skills Required:

Excellent verbal and written communication

Good interpersonal and persuasive skills

Basic computer skills (MS Office)

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

0–1 years of experience in academic counselling or similar role (Freshers welcome)
