We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and driven educational Counselor to become part of our vibrant team at KC GlobEd, a prominent EdTech company renowned for delivering top-tier courses tailored for US CPA, US CMA, and EA (Enrolled Agent) certifications. The perfect candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication and persuasive abilities, coupled with a solid history of meeting sales objectives. As an Educational Counselor, you will play a pivotal role in steering potential students through the course selection journey and supporting them in reaching their career aspirations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Course Consultation: Engage with prospective students through various channels (phone, email,chat, etc.) to understand their educational and career aspirations. Provide detailed information about our US CPA, US CMA, and EA courses, highlighting their benefits and features.
• Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify the appropriate course(s) that align with each student's objectives, background, and skillset.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive, long-lasting relationships with prospective and enrolled students. Address their queries, concerns, and objections professionally and promptly.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest developments in the US CPA, US CMA, and EA fields, as well as any updates to our course offerings. Articulate the unique selling points of our courses compared to competitors.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with students in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop persuasive sales materials, presentations, and other resources to support your counseling efforts.
Qualifications and Skills:
• MBA in Sales and Marketing from a good institution.
• Proficient in both verbal and written English communication.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Familiarity with US CPA, US CMA, and/or EA certifications is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• High level of self-motivation and a results-driven mindset.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, work from office job.
Experience: 2-5 years
Salary: as per industry standards (fixed plus variable payout)
Work Days: Monday to Friday from office; Saturdays from home
Work Location: Satya Niketan, South Delhi.
Work timings: 10 am to 7 pm
